About the event

Escape and join us for a retreat, focusing on holistic and creative ways to achieve freedom from your trauma that prevents you from healing. During this retreat you will experience meditation and yoga on the beach, sound healing, herbal teas and tonics, energy healing, peace and silent time. You will NOT leave the same.

We will encourage, love, and support you during and after the retreat. This a safe and confidential space to elevate, heal, and have fun, using the natural elements of the sun, moon, and ocean.

When: December 10-11, 2022 

 Where: B Ocean Resort, Ft Lauderdale, FL  

 Cost: . Includes workshops, activities, and special treat bag. Nonrefundable. Rate will increase September 20th.

Items Needed: A positive mindset and a desire to elevate. You can also bring a blanket or mat for the beach, shades, etc.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing (sneakers, jeans, etc.) and optional swim wear. White is a great healing color.

Resort: Once booked, your lodging details will be emailed to you. You can book your own suite or share a room with someone. Each room includes double Queen beds.

Travel is not included in price.

This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
